At Ultimate Dental, we want you to feel completely relaxed and comfortable starting at your first appointment, and knowing exactly what to expect when you come to see us is a big part of that. Below, you’ll find plenty of helpful information that should tell you everything you need to know ahead of your visit. Your First Visit
We’ll use your first visit as a chance to get to know both you and your dental needs so we can completely tailor your care right from the beginning. After being helped by our front desk, a member of our team will escort you to your treatment room where you’ll get to sit next to a window and view the gorgeous scenery outside. You’ll then get to meet Dr. Hadad, who will ask if you have any pressing dental issues before performing an oral exam. When she’s finished, she’ll discuss her findings with you and share her recommendations for any additional treatments.
Patient Forms
Ultimate Dental wants to make things easy. That’s why we’ve provided our new patient forms here for you to print and fill out prior to your appointment. This will make the whole check-in process simpler for you and keep your time in our waiting room to a minimum. Just bring the completed forms to our office, and we’ll get you into see Dr. Hadad right away. You can always fill out our forms in-office as well, just be sure to arrive about 15 minutes early for your appointment.
Dental Insurance
If you have a dental insurance plan, you can trust that we’ll accept it and do everything we can to maximize your benefits. Our team is very familiar with the particular ins and outs of all types of plans, so we’ll be able to tell you exactly what is and isn’t covered before you begin treatment. And, to make things even simpler, we’ll file the claim for you as well! With us, saving on your care will be one of the easiest parts of your appointments!
